We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-4 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that orders placed after 4 PM (Pacific Standard Time) or on weekends will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details.

 

Shipping Method and Delivery Times

We use USPS Ground Advantage for all domestic shipments. This reliable and affordable shipping method typically delivers within 2-5 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Fees: In order to offer our customers the most accurate and fair pricing, we do not use flat-rate shipping fees. Instead, we rely on a third-party service to calculate shipping costs based on the delivery location. As a result, shipping fees may vary depending on the destination of your order.

 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or external factors like weather, holidays, or customs procedures. If there is a significant delay with your shipment, we will work with USPS to investigate and keep you updated.

 

Tracking Your Order

International Shipping

Currently, Three Clovers Clothing only offers domestic shipping within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage. We are working on expanding our international shipping options and will notify our customers when international orders are available.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses using USPS Ground Advantage. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary for these addresses.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check the shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@threecloversclothing.com, and we will make every effort to correct it before shipment.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If there are any issues related to shipping, including damage, delays, or lost packages, please note that Three Clovers Clothing is not responsible once the package leaves our facility. All shipping-related issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend you reach out to the carrier immediately for assistance and to file any claims if necessary.
